Okay, so I got Country Power Walk—the whole set.  I thought the 120’s might be too easy for me.  Well, it ends up that everything but the 120’s kicked my butt at first.  Now I do the 150’s in the morning and if I have time I do a 120 or 130 in the evening.

The music is top quality, but not strictly country.  I have stuck to it and so far have lost 30 lbs.  I think this is a great value to anyone who likes to walk.  I used to jog, but my knees won’t let me and these workouts come the closest thing to jogging that I have found that doesn’t blow out my knees.
